Fifteen minutes east of downtown Gunnison, our ranch provides a scenic and private location for
your special event. Ample parking and wide open spaces can accommodate an intimate party
of 75 or a really big bash 300+ guests. The facilities are flexible, from a large meadow
to set up as many tents as you would like, to the beautiful patios and one of a kind
perennial gardens surrounding the main ranch house. The views are lush hay meadows,
rustic corrals and fencing, gardens, and the rustic yet elegant main ranch house.
